Order Processing
Basing Works is a UK-based miniature basing and hobby supplies retailer.
3D-printed resin products: Most of our resin miniature bases, basing bits and scenery are printed to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for printing, cleaning, curing and preparation before dispatch.
Stocked hobby products: Items held in stock are normally prepared for dispatch sooner, subject to availability.
Orders containing both printed-to-order and stocked products may be dispatched together once everything is ready.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £3.99
- Express Delivery: £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery: Available on qualifying UK orders of £40 or more.
The final delivery charge and available methods are confirmed at checkout.
Please note: Express delivery does not speed up resin printing or production. Delivery times are additional to our processing times.
International Delivery
International shipping is available to supported destinations where offered at checkout.
- European Union: Standard international delivery from £14.99.
- Other international destinations: Standard international delivery from £23.99.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or restrictions imposed by the destination country. Certain products may be restricted from international shipping.
Available options and final charges are confirmed at checkout.
Delays and Delivery Issues
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated preparation periods. Occasionally, high order volumes, printing problems or postal delays may affect dispatch.
